Blackray is a set of product management tools that utilizes AI to enhance, automate and streamline Product Managers' research, prioritization, and road mapping work. The company started with a series of experiments, all designed to take a % of the Product Manager's role and automate or streamline it into a tool.

Results

An experiment in loss of control

Any AI can generate a PRD if you ask it to. But we learned that producing content with the context of the user is what makes generative AI useful. We designed the tools as individual pieces, that are powered by the data points (docs, data) provided by the user. This way, any content generated has more relevance and more personal to the creators.
